With over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning social work, human resources, consulting, and entrepreneurship, Annu Pramod founded Thrive Training & Consulting with a singular conviction: that people can always go further than they believe possible.
A certified professional coach, Harvard Business School Online alumna, and John Maxwell Team-certified trainer, Annu brings an academically rigorous yet deeply human approach to every program she develops. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate, continuing her commitment to evidence-based transformation.
